If you're ready to hit pause, reset your nervous system, and soak up some seriously good vibes, Glenelg Beach is the place to be this May.

On Saturday 24 May from 8:30am–10am, Cool To Be Conscious is bringing its powerful community wellness experience to Jetty Road, Glenelg (just south of the jetty). Whether you're new to breathwork or have a few ice baths under your belt, this event is all about creating space for mindfulness, connection, and a little bit of challenge, no experience necessary!

The morning begins with a guided breathwork and meditation session, designed to bring stillness, clarity, and calm. Once you're in the zone, it's time to embrace the chill with ice baths and an optional ocean dip, all in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.

Designed for youth and adults, this session is about more than just cold water, it’s a chance to disconnect from the daily noise, connect with yourself and others, and leave feeling completely refreshed.

Tickets are just $22, and bookings are essential.

Here’s what people are saying:

“This was my first time with this group, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. It was such a friendly and inclusive group with a diverse audience. No pressure to do something that didn’t feel right. Awesome experience, I’ll be back!”
Katrina W.
“We had the best time! I’d do it weekly if I had the option!”
Grace C.

So if you're looking for a meaningful way to spend your Saturday morning, Cool To Be Conscious offers just that! Connection, stillness, and a little icy fun, right by the sea at Jetty Rd, Glenelg.
