Smoked salmon, dill & cream cheese sourdough rolls

Ingredients

Artisan sourdough rolls
250g cream cheese
1 tbsp lemon juice
Chopped fresh dill
Smoked salmon strips
Red onion finely sliced
Cos lettuce chopped

Directions

Place cream cheese, dill and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Stir until well combined. Spread one side of the sourdough roll with the cream cheese mixture. Top with salmon, lettuce and onion. Arrange on a serving board. Serve.
