Who doesn't like a special cocktail for a special occasion?

Here are three Easter Cocktails that you will want to have up your sleeve. And they aren't all chocolate.

Mozart Mud Pie Martini


Made with Mozart's Dark Chocolate, you'll be diving right in to a glass of deliciousness!

Ingredients

For 1 drink

  • 60 ml. Mozart Dark Chocolate⁠
  • 45 ml. vodka⁠ 2 oz. Kahlua⁠
  • 15 ml chocolate syrup⁠ ⁠
  • For the Cookie Crumble:⁠
  • 3 chocolate cookie wafers crumbled
  • 1 tbsp. chocolate syrup⁠ ⁠
  • For Garnish:⁠ 2 tbs. chocolate shavings

Method

Shake all liquid ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain and into martini glass and garnish with crumbled wafer and chocolate shavings.

Old Tom's Apple Pie


Old Tom’s Apple Pie’ cocktail is reminiscent of the spices used in hot-cross buns and a great Easter drink.

Ingredients

For 1 drink

  • 45 ml KIS Old Tom Gin
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 15 ml Apple & Cinnamon syrup*
  • Soda water

For garnish: Cinnamon quill

*Apple Cinnamon Syrup:

  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Apple Juice
  • 3-4 Cinnamon Quills

Cook on a stove until sugar has dissolved and the juice has thickened slightly.

Leave to cool before using.

Method

Shake the Old Tom, lemon juice and A&C syrup in a shaker with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice and top with soda water.

Garnish with a cinnamon quill.

White Chocolate Grasshoper


Mint chocolate lovers rejoice! These grasshoppers are sweet, rich, and perfectly minty.

Ingredients

For 1 drink

  • 30 ml Mozart White Chocolate liqueur
  • 30 ml Crème de menthe
  • 60 ml heavy Cream

For garnish: Shaved chocolate

Method

Swipe the rim of a martini glass with a little water and rotate it through the shaved chocolate. Shake, Crème de menth, Mozart White Chocolate liqueur and cream in a shaker with ice and shake for 30 seconds.

Strain the cocktail into the martini glass and garnish with a little more shaved chocolate and a mint leaf. Serve immediately.
