The Terra & Sol journey started in the heat of the pandemic, a time where opening a new business was challenging. Fighting the trend, Terra & Sol opened to rave reviews, Brock Meuris and his team took on the challenge with both hands and have worked tirelessly ever since to create a beautiful space everyone can share and enjoy. They are a family-owned and run business that has had businesses on Jetty Road for just under two decades.

Terra & Sol have recently renovated, building a brand-new Beer Garden and Function Room. We asked Brock what to expect, “This new renovation allows us to give a much larger offering which we are so excited about. We offer beautiful fine dining in our restaurant with a wide range of delicious cocktails and wines with a strong focus on South Australian produce. Our newly built beer garden offers premium food, drinks, service, and a beautiful venue. Entertainment is a big focus for us in the beer garden. Lastly, our beautiful function room is available for a large variety of events from birthdays, wedding celebrations, memorable celebrations of life, baby showers, and more. Our function space allows us to showcase the amazing food and wine that South Australia has to offer.”

Breakfast - blueberry buttermilk pancakes with whipped mascarpone, caramelised banana, and berries.

Lunch - BBQ jackfruit tacos with mango salsa and pickled onion

Small plate - beef tartare with teriyaki sauce, toasted sesame, edamame puree, and potato chips.

Hungry? - smoked wagyu beef with roasted potatoes, citrus asparagus, and wagyu jus.
