It was love at first sight and a true Jetty Road love story that lead to a marriage, a young family, and a cutting-edge local Physiotherapy Practice that prides itself on providing the best service for everyone.

Natalie and Tristan Chai have a soft spot for Glenelg. Having met and fallen in love over a coffee or two at the local Cibo, Natalie served Tristan his daily cappuccino. Now, the two are happily married and running the successful Good Physio, setting up practice in Rose Street.

Tristian saw a gap in the market for a Physiotherapy Practice that looks cool, has a friendly vibe, and is all-inclusive. Servicing sports professionals and everyday people with common ailments, the team has an all-around good health approach using traditional physio techniques, acupuncture, dry needling, massage, Pilates, cupping, and more.

Teamwork

There are three physiotherapists on staff, a sports/remedial massage therapist, and a dietitian to help you reach your health goals. Tristan also works with professional athletes and is the head physio for the Adelaide 36ers. With the same treatments being applied to non-professionals, his clients benefit from the latest techniques and treatment combinations.

Get Moving - Tips From the Team

  • Use it or lose it! Your body adapts to the same movements and exercises so change it up often at the gym in your regular workout routine.
  • Incorporate movement where you can every day. Take the stairs instead of the elevator, do some squats while you brush your teeth, or park your car further away and walk to work.
  • Your body is designed for movement so try not to sit or stand in the same position for long periods of time. Walk during lunch breaks and try and sit and stand at your computer during the day.

Group Classes and Pilates

The team runs regular workshops, we love Loose & Limber a class for posture reversal held every Thursday at 12noon.
