Celebrate Adult Learners Week with the Library!

Pixel art is a fun, simple to learn type of 2D digital art using individual pixels to create an image. In this interactive session participants will be walked though how to use a free online pixel art program and have the opportunity to create their own artwork.

Participants may bring their own laptop or tablet device or use one of the libraries. No experience with pixel art is necessary, however basic computer skills are essential. Suitable for adults. Bookings essential.

Adult Learners Week is a UNESCO initiative supported in Australia by the Commonwealth Department of Employment and Workplace Relations and coordinated by Adult Learning Australia. It runs from 1 to 8 September and incorporates International Literacy Day, which is celebrated annually on September 8.
