Sand Castles takes a look back at some of the lesser known mansions and estates that helped shaped Holdfast Bay.
Though many of the mansions and estates that shaped Holdfast Bay still stand, many do not. But, if you look closely, evidence of them can still be seen; from the winding streets of our suburbs that were once grand driveways for horse and cart, to the tall trees of long-lost gardens carefully tended to by loving hands.
