Set in the stunning Glenelg Town Hall, the Discovery Centre is the perfect place to catch up on some local history as well as get a taste for how the bay looked from the first settlement in 1836 to the many seaside amusements that have captured the hearts of many throughout history.

With the front of house run completely by volunteers, this community treasure is a quiet place to take the kids and chat with locals about the fascinating historical pictures and artifacts that adorn the walls.
